Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotional offers and discount codes may have specific terms, expiry dates, minimum purchase requirements, or product exclusions.
Unless otherwise stated, only one discount code may be used per order. Skinovèra may modify or withdraw a promotion where necessary.

The Skinovèra name, logo, product names, photography, graphics, text, designs, and other original content belong to Skinovèra or are used with permission.

Reviews & Feedback

SECTION 2 — SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping
Orders are usually processed within 1 business day.
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Delivery may take longer during promotions and public holidays.
Returns
If you need to return an unopened product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed product defect or quality issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue. Once reviewed, we’ll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Returns must be approved by Skinovèra before being sent back. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
